Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of data products sold by UCCDATA LLC ("UCCDATA", "we", "us") through uccdata.io. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. The product
UCCDATA sells compilations of UCC filing records sourced from public state filing offices, optionally appended with contact information from third-party sources. Data is provided as-is. While we work to keep records accurate and current, public filing data may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and appended contact information is provided only where available.
3. License and permitted use
Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered data for your internal business purposes, including sales and marketing outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the data, or use it to build a competing data product.
4. Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing rules, and do-not-call regulations. UCCDATA does not scrub records against do-not-call registries.
5. Payment
Prices are listed on uccdata.io and confirmed at order. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCCDATA's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the data giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions about this policy: ops@uccdata.io.
