UCCDATA LLC operates uccdata.io and sells business data products compiled from public UCC filing records.
2. Information we collect from customers
When you contact us or place an order we collect your name, email address, company, and order details. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
3. Data contained in our products
Our products contain business information from public UCC filings (debtor and secured party names, addresses, filing dates, and related details) and, where purchased, appended business contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers obtained from third-party sources.
4. How we use customer information
We use your information to fulfill orders, provide support, send transactional messages, and, with your consent, occasional product updates. We do not sell our customers' personal information.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery) and where required by law.
6. Retention and security
We retain order records as required for tax and accounting purposes and use reasonable technical measures to protect stored information.
7. Your rights and removal requests
Customers may request access to or deletion of their account information. Individuals or businesses appearing in our data products may request removal of their contact information by emailing ops@uccdata.io; we will process verified requests within 30 days.
